This project presented a few challenges that we overcame with innovative solutions, making it one of the most remarkable projects we've undertaken.

Custom Rack Design: Engineering Excellence
One of the standout features of the Quator building gym is the custom-designed rack. Given the building's round shape, we needed to ensure that the gym's equipment seamlessly integrated into the space. Our engineering team rose to the challenge by developing a rack that follows the unique curvature of the building.
The custom rack includes several squat stations, a ladder with dip station attachments, and ample storage for plates, boxing bags, and dumbbells. This design allows for maximum functionality within a small footprint, providing users with a versatile and efficient workout space.

ADVANCED GYM FLOORING: ACUSTIC AND SHOCK ABSORTION
Gym flooring is a critical aspect of any fitness facility, and the Quator building gym was no exception. With offices located directly above the gym, we needed to address the potential issue of noise and vibrations caused by dropping weights. Our solution was to install a layer of shock pad beneath the gym floor to absorb impact and minimize noise.
This advanced flooring system not only protects the building structure but also enhances the workout experience by providing a stable and comfortable surface for various exercises. The combination of durable rubber tiles and shock-absorbing materials ensures that the gym is both functional and acoustically sound.
